Information for Exhibitors
Please read carefully
The exhibit opening will be on July 9, 2022, from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. with a reception.
The reception will be sponsored by Heartland Cultural Alliance and will consist of a Hot Dog Buffet with sauerkraut, pickles, onion, cheese, chili, condiments, chips, and potato salad.
HCA will promote the exhibit with a flyer on the Heartland Cultural Alliance web site, Facebook, instagram and by email to our contacts.
You are encourged to promote the exhibit, please be sure to include the following information:
The HCA Logo (a downloadable logo will be included with your registration confirmation).
Ackowledgement that Heartland Cultural Alliance is sponsoring the event.

All works of art must be for sale. You may also sell frameable art and blank note cards with your art-work (envelopes need to be included). Place your name and price on the back of each note card or package.
Purchased artwork is paid for at the cashier by cash, check, or credit card. A sold sign will be placed on the artwork, which will be left on display for the rest of the exhibit unless there are extenuating circumstances. The artwork is to be picked up by the buyer or it will be delivered at the end of the exhibit.
HCA will receive a 20% commission and 80% of the sales price will be paid to the artist by HCA at the end of the exhibit.
HCA will collect a state sales tax tax of 7.5% and will absorb credit card processing fees.
