==Information, Rules and Procedures==
SETTING UP
Vendors can start setting up on Saturday, March 6 from 7 AM to 9 AM. We ask that all booths be set up and ready to go by 9:30 AM that morning. Please plan to have your booth covered until 4 PM Saturday.
Upon Arrival, check in at the registration desk (near Food Court).
Sign the Liability Waiver (available at check-in)
Receive your space assignment
If you requested special accommodations on your registration form, these accommodations will, if possible, be provided at this time.
Vendors must bring their own displays, tables, and chairs.
Electric hookups are not available. Make sure you can operate without power.
SALES COLLECTION
Vendors must process their own sales and required taxes.
RESTROOMS
Public restrooms are located in the Food Court.

RULES & PROCEDURES SUMMARY

Vendor fees are $45 per table, 10% off if a HCA member. We accept authors, writers, book cover designers, illustrators, and book-related vendors only.

Vendor fees are non-refundable.

Tables/Chairs/Tents – Each vendor is required to bring their own table, chair(s), and displays. No Tents are allowed to be set up inside the building.

Booth Placement & Vendor check-in - Booth placement is by assignment and is given to you via email. Print out the MAP (see email attachments). Our volunteer staff will direct you to your assigned location.

Vendor Parking and Unloading - The Food Court entrance is where you will go for check-in. After you unload, please move your vehicle before you start setting up. On Saturday we will have an area set aside for vendor parking (see email attachment). We will have volunteers to assist with loading and unloading.

Photos - We will have photographers out taking photos for promotional use.

Promotions - Help us promote the event. Please share our event page on your social media and/or website.

Electric Needs – Unfortunately there is not power at the event. You are allowed to bring a Power Pack for power is necessary.
VENDOR REGISTRATION

The Heartland Cultural Alliance (HCA) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting art and culture in Highlands County. HCA is recognized by the State of Florida and county government as the Local Arts Agency designated to collect and distribute funding to local art and culture organizations since 2001.
